Our Programmes

  • A swim instructor assisting a young boy at the edge of a swimming pool during swim practice.

    Learn to Swim

Offers structured lessons for kids and adults, helping beginners overcome fear, build confidence, and improve technique. Children can start from 4 years old, learning water safety, breathing, and floating step by step, before progressing to stroke technique, survival, lifesaving skills, and the four main strokes—front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

    Learn to Swim Lesson Plan

  • Young girl sitting on poolside edge with feet in the water, wearing a colorful swimsuit and a matching sun hat, near trees and buildings.

    WaterTots

Our toddler swimming lessons build water confidence and essential safety skills in a fun, supportive environment, teaching basic survival techniques like breath control, floating, and safely returning to the pool edge.

    Toddler Lesson Plan

  • A young swimmer practicing butterfly stroke in a swimming pool, wearing swim goggles and a swim cap, with lane dividers in the background.

    Adult Swimming

Swimming, like other cardio activities, is a great way to burn calories. Moving in the water provides an additional benefit: water resistance forces you to use your muscles more, thus burning more calories.

Start working on your cardio today.

  • Two boys in swimwear giving each other a high five by the poolside while a girl with a swim cap watches nearby.

    Holiday Programmes

Conducted every June and December, the holiday programmes are turbocharged and intensive. It’s the ideal way to spend the school holidays fruitfully.

  • Three children wearing goggles and swimsuits, smiling and holding onto the edge of a swimming pool while other children swim in the background.

    School Project

Education institutions are welcome to contact us for details regarding school programmes. The same high standards for private swimming lessons will be upheld for school programmes.

  • A male swimmer wearing swim goggles extends his arm forward in a pool with a white wall and a marked depth of 2.53 meters in the background.

    Stroke Refinement

Feel exhausted after swimming just 2 to 3 laps? Feel unprepared for your snorkelling or diving trip? Want to keep fit through a low-impact sport with minimal injury risk?

Whatever your personal goal is, our coach will work with you to reach it. So take the first step to Learn It Right.
