Learn to Swim
Students will be introduced to efficient stroke techniques, water survival skills and basic lifesaving skills. By the end of the programme, they’ll learn the 4 main strokes – front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.

Under a fun environment, toddlers will learn basic survival techniques—such as breath control and how to return to a point of safety if they fall into a body of water.

Stroke Refinement
Feel exhausted after swimming just 2 to 3 laps? Feel unprepared for your snorkelling or diving trip? Want to keep fit through a low-impact sport with minimal injury risk?

Adult Swimming
Swimming, like other cardio activities, is a great way to burn calories. Moving in the water provides an additional benefit: water resistance forces you to use your muscles more, thus burning more calories.
