You will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the “School Policy” upon registering with any of the services or programs provided by Swim it Right Pte. Ltd. Swim it Right Pte. Ltd. reserves the rights to accept, reject, or terminate any person from the services or programs provided by the company. In the event of a situation that is beyond the control of Swim it Right Pte. Ltd., we will at our sole discretion take commercially reasonable steps to cancel, postpone or discontinue any program.

Swim it Right Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to use any images taken during the period of the services or programs provided to the participant in any way deemed suitable for promotional purposes without further approval nor payment. However, in the event if you prefer that the images not to be publicised, you will notify Swim it Right Pte. Ltd. through writing, in which the company will take commercially reasonable steps to remove the images involved.

You (whom are hereinafter referred to as the “Student”), Parent or Guardian of the Student hereby indemnify and agree to keep the Swim it Right Pte. Ltd., its owners, management, instructors and employees of the services or programs fully indemnified against all claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of any death, injury, disability or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the services or programs provided to the Student.
