Request for Voucher

Request for voucher will only be strictly 1 request per Term.
The school will not entertain further requests for voucher regardless of reason for absence.
The school reserves the right to refuse request for voucher due to student absence in accordance to Lesson Policy. A student absence is defined as the student not being present for the lesson.
